Reviewed Revenue generation in Burdwan district with Commercial Tax, Motor vehicles, excise, Sdos, Asansol cess collector, Land, district registrar and other Govt deptt. Rs 1286 crores collected in this year till date compared to 644 Cr in 2010 and 871 cr in 2011 during same period. Good collections of Cess& Royalty from coal, sands and bricks plus land revenue 798 cr, Registration stamp duty 92Cr, Excise 218cr, Electricity duty 91cr and MV taxes Rs 80Cr. Overall growth of Rs 415Cr over last year.
All asked to further increase raids and realise dues of arrears.

Respected sir, From Asansol you can earned more MV taxes,There are many more Three Wheeler which are registered in WB-55 area,ordered them to registered in Burdwan area & collect MV taxes.Thanking You.
