All SDOs and BDOs may please recall the instructions issued last week to identify the low coverage GPs and wards and organise mop up camps to maximize the RSBY cards.
- Now, it has been agreed by the State Govt that mop up will continue till 10th March 2013.
- However, new cards issued till 28th February 2013 shall be activated from 1st March 2013 onwards and old cards will be deactivated wef 1st March 2013.
- Please take steps to convince the GPs/ wards where local resistance did not allow enrollment properly and cover them. If required, Govt employees must be directed to act as FKO and complete renewal or new enrollments.
- We have covered almost 6.1 lakhs families against target of 8.34 lakhs and it is hoped that we'll cross 6.5 lakhs to become top most district in the State and Country to achieve highest enrollment.
- Burdwan is at present at top in enlistment of maximum hospitals, patients benefited and amount of treatment cost claimed.
- We also covered highest APL families due to MGNREGA.
