As decided earlier, I shall hold video conference with SDOs on administrative matters at 4 pm onwards on Friday the 16th April 2010. Next VC shall be held on 30th April, 14th May and 28th May 2010. Tentative agenda are :-
- Vacancy of officers at Subdivision and Block level.
- Annual Inspection of offices of SDOs/ Treasuries.
- Issues related to citizen centric services like Mutation, Conversion, Caste certificate, residential certificate, PVR, Passport, Gun licence, Public grievances.
- Adjustment of advances, UCs.
- Municipal Election 2010 - preparedness review.
- Census 2011.
- Functioning of Executive Magistrate Court.
- Enforcement of Motor Vehicle rules and excise matters.
- Supervision and monitoring of field offices.
- Monitoring of development schemes, NREGA, BPL matters.
