Meeting of Police and Civil scheduled earlier on 15th April 2010 will now be held on 19th April at 6 pm at Circuit house new conference hall. SP Burdwan consented to attend the meeting with officials of SDPO and above ranks. All ADMs, SDOs, CMOH and Ld PP to attend the meeting.
Tentative Agenda :-
- Issues related to dead body disposal, management of morgues and intimation to near relatives.
- PM, Inquest related matters including submission of PM reports, injury reports by MOs.
- Prosecution related issues, appointment of panel PP/ APP etc.
- Expeditious disposal of Executive Magistrate cases/ NGR cases.
- Police Civil liasion matters including sharing of daily Sitrep with at Subdivisional level.
- Infrastructure of court lock ups, police stations and barracks - discussion.
- Misc matters as officers may like to raise.
