The Distribution Programme of SC ST Certificate was held at Sar Chintaharan CMS High School in Ausgram-II Block, the first of its kind in this district. 28 SC and 2 ST students were given Certificate-they applied at the School, Enquiry Camp was held at the School and Certificates were processed and sent to SDO for Signature, total process took 22 days. There was a good cultural programme at the School and the Certificates were distributed by ADM(BCW) and SDO Sadar (North) on 21st June, 2010 at the School itself in presence of the teachers, students and guardians.

While congratulating to SDO Sadar North, I do appreciate the possessiveness of School authorities to have organised such a wonderful programme. All SDOs may share their experience. Chief Secretary is planning to hold VC next week. I would like to send a write up to him about our strategy. We need to cover OBCs also in the high schools. DM Burdwan
