Joint meeting of OCs, BDOs, SDOs, EROs and senior police/ civil officers shall be held on 2nd April 2009 at 3 pm at Collectorate Conference hall to discuss election preparedness for General Election 2009. All officers are advised to bring up to date reports as required for District Election Plan like
- Sector Management Plan
- Vulnerability mapping for each AC up to PS.
- Communication Plan in format circulated by CEO.
- MCC reports, videography etc.
- Law & order situation.
- DCRC Plan.
